Cabbage Salad by Sherri Harrington

Ingredients:
1 head purple cabbage, chopped into small bites
1 each of yellow, red and orange bell peppers, coarsely chopped
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 lemon
Bottled raspberry-hazelnut dressing

Directions:
  1. Combine chopped cabbage, peppers, broccoli, carrots, and cucumber. 
  2. Zest and juice the lemon and stir into vegetables.
  3. Mix with dressing to taste
