One pkg potato rolls, sliced
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup maple syrup
Cinnamon!
Custard:
9 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Arrange sliced rolls in the bottom of a greased 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Mix together the cream cheese and 1/2 cup maple syrup; spread over bread.
- Shake cinnamon over.
- Mix together custard ingredients (eggs, milk, syrup) and pour over all.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, set casserole out for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
